
1. Use ground beef.
2. Add 2 tbsp of Portuguese marinade per 4 oz of ground beef.
3. Mix marinade into ground beef throughly.
4. Let marinated ground beef set at room temp for about 20 minutes.
5. Roughly shape the ground beef into 4 oz per patties
6. Use a griddle or a flat top to cook the patties.
7. Plate, serve and enjoy!
