Spicy Portuguese French Fries
Ingredients:
1 potato roughly 14-16 oz
2-3 tbsp of Portuguese BBQ Marinade
Steps:
1. Peel and wash potato.
2. Cut potato into long/skinny fries.
3. Add 2-3 tbsp of Portuguese BBQ marinade to fries.
4. Toss fries to mix marinade.
5. Preheat Air fryer to 375° F.
6. Cook in air fryer for 15 mins.
7. Flip fries.
8. Cook for another 5 mins.
9. Plate, serve and enjoy!
Spicy Portuguese BBQ Chicken Burgers
1. Use ground chicken
2. Add 2 tbsp of Portuguese marinade per 4 oz of ground chicken.
3. Mix marinade into chicken throughly.
4. Let marinated chicken set at room temp for about 20 minutes.
5. Roughly shape chicken into 4oz patties.
6. Toss patties onto grill until cooked.
7. Plate, serve and enjoy!
Spicy Portuguese Air Fried Chicken
1. Skin and wash chicken.
2. Pour marinade onto chicken.
3. Mix marinade thoroughly.
4. Let chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temp.
5. Pre heat air fryer to 350.
6. Place chicken onto tray and into air fryer for 15 minutes
7. Flip chicken.
8 Place back into air fryer for 5 minutes.
9. Drizzle lime.
10. Enjoy!
Spicy Portuguese Pan Seared Shrimp & Veggies on Rice
1. Clean and marinate 1 lb of shelled shrimp with roughly 4 oz of marinade.
2. Cut vegetables and marinate with roughly 4 oz of marinade.
3. Let veggies and shrimp sit for about 10 minutes before ready to cook.
4. Prepare a cup of steamed white rice.
5. Simmer shrimp and vegetables in seperate sauce pans since the shrimp will cook faster.
6. Once shrimp and vegetables are cooked, mix them together and drizzle some lime.
7. Plate, serve and enjoy!
