8oz Portuguese BBQ Marinade

Monday’s call for an easy dinner. So tonight on the @burchbarrel I grilled up some chicken 🐓 and shrimp 🦐. Shrimp was marinated in @rikasmarinade Portuguese marinade then placed over yellow rice. Hot, spice and quick.

I picked up some shrimp and let them marinate for about 20 minutes. Cooked these up with some corn tortillas dipped in the marinade and a lettuce and radish slaw.

Good flavor and lots of heat in the marinade!

Some friends had recommended this Portuguese style marinade. I tried it out with some Red Argentinean Shrimp 🍤 and chicken drumettes. Marinated it overnight since I had the time. Cooked them both over Mesquite charcoal BBQ.
Taste was amazing. Went great as appetizers while sipping some ice cold brew.
Definitely a keeper. Quick easy prep and best of all ethereal flavor. Love spicy.

Best part about this marinade is that it has all the ingredients in one box. There is no need to add salt, butter, pepper...etc. it has everything. I just marinated the whole chicken 30mins before cooking. Next best part is that entire & full of flavors of marinade perfectly defused into the meat. We had several guests and all of them truly complimented on how delicious it was ....I do believe that the ingredients and recipe in the Rika's marinade are exceptional and thus the perfect taste!
Needless to say, I'm looking forward to trying this marinade on different types of meat & vegetables, as it significantly simplifies cooking without compromising on taste.
